How It Works
Our systems operate using a controlled carbonisation process. Biomass or biosolids are continuously metered into a multi-level carbonisation hearth, where they are dried, heated, and transformed into biochar. The rising gases from the process are captured and combusted in a high-temperature thermal oxidiser, destroying volatile compounds and generating usable heat, all while maintaining negative pressure and strict emissions control.
